Depression
Are you feeling sad or depressed?
Everyone has days when life seems hard. But when every day is interrupted by overwhelming sadness and lack of motivation, depression clouds out any happiness. Do things seem hopeless? Do you feel worthless and empty? Perhaps you have felt like "giving up" or had thoughts of suicide. At the heart of depression, feelings of disappointment or guilt may be rooted. Until these deeper feelings are dealt with, it is difficult to "shake off" the depression. You don't have to sit powerless in this sadness. Please make an appointment for a first session. In a caring, confidential environment, you can move toward emotional well-being.
