Anger
Is your anger out of control?
Uncontrolled anger can damage relationships that are important to you. I want to help you both manage these angry feelings and help diminish your out-of-control anger at its root. With emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Internal Family Systems therapy, I want to help you learn more about the anger response you are having. In a comfortable, noncritical environment, let me help you heal your uncontrolled anger. Practical tools can help you decrease your anger before is becomes explosive. With emotionally focused therapy, looking at the history of your relationships can help you understand the patterns creating your anger. You can learn to rewrite these patterns to help you chose your responses to emotions. These changes are not as far away as you think. Please make an appointment for an initial session. I want to help you navigate this difficult part of your life. Your healing is important for you, your relationships, and your lifestyle.
