Specializing in individual counseling for adults, I offer therapy for those experiencing depression, anxiety, low-self esteem, uncontrolled emotions, relationship frustrations, and other personal struggles. In practice since 2012, I have a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling and a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Marriage & Family.

I have been extensively trained in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Christian counseling.
